Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ProfitOrNo mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by SliceToMeetYou s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic (IČO 17676592). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for any data you enter and for activity under your account. If you invite team members, you are responsible for managing their access and for the data shared with them.

2. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

ProfitOrNo offers premium access through the following options:

• Monthly — €8.99, billed monthly. The monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; after the trial it renews automatically at €8.99/month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Yearly — €79.99, billed yearly.

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may vary by region and over time. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their terms.

Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

AI credits. AI credit packs (500, 2000, or 10000 credits) are one-time consumable purchases used for AI invoice processing. Credits are non-refundable once consumed, and credits from a pack are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by the app stores, and refunds are subject to the applicable store's policy. Where required by law, you may have additional rights.

4. AI-assisted features

The App offers AI-assisted invoice processing. AI extraction may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any figures before relying on them.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you have no right to, or to interfere with the security or operation of the App.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from your reliance on figures in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
