This Privacy Policy explains how SliceToMeetYou s.r.o. ("we", "us", "ProfitOrNo") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ProfitOrNo mobile application and related services (the "App").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information — if you sign in, your name and email address provided by your sign-in provider (e.g. Apple or Google), or the email address you provide when creating an account directly.
- Business data — the units, transactions, revenue, costs, goals, and other figures you enter to track profitability.
- Invoice documents — images or PDF files you upload for automatic or manual processing.
- Organisation & team data — organisation details and team members you invite.
Information collected automatically
- Device & technical data — device type, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic data.
- Purchase data — subscription and purchase status, processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our payments partner RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the App and its profitability features.
- To process invoices you upload, including via AI-assisted extraction.
- To manage your subscription, purchases, and entitlements.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the App.
- To send you notifications you have enabled.
3. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the App), your consent (e.g. optional notifications), our legitimate interests (security and improvement of the App), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers that help us run the App, under appropriate agreements:
- Supabase — secure hosting and storage of your data.
- Anthropic — AI processing of invoice content you choose to upload, to extract figures. Uploaded invoice data is sent for processing and is not used to train models.
- RevenueCat, Apple, Google — subscription management, payments, and authentication.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. You can delete your data at any time from within the App or by contacting us. We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection, ÚOOÚ; in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov). 8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
The App is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated within the App.
